So recently, I’ve been working out. But one thing i noticed that i’ve been gaing weight. Could it be that I’m getting more muscular? how do i prevent weight gain? Is it good to run, then do weights? I’m currently about 174cm and bout 68kg. I’ve gain roughly about 4kg since going to the gym.
